We have a 45-day return policy for purchases from this website (Only for HALLIGOOD registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in Halligood’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To process return and refund, please follow the steps:
Log in to your Halligood account, find the order, contact our customer service team via email and make your return request. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
If you haven’t received the package, please contact our service team, then reject to sign on the package, then the package will be returned automatically to our warehouse. You will receive the order refund in 1-3 business days once the product is retured to warehouse.

Refund requests for the 45-day money-back guarantee expire 45 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired within this 45-day window. For purchases not made directly through Halligood’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Halligood’s 12-month limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a new product. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Halligood will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Warranty
All Halligood products are designed and manufactured to high standards to provide the best customer experience. We strive to produce high-quality products using the latest technology, but electronic products may fail in exceptional circumstances due to manufacturing defects. For this reason, we provide a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During the warranty period, Halligood will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or certified/refurbished product of the same or similar model in accordance with this Limited Warranty.
“Recertified” or “Refurbished” means that the product or part has been restored to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Halligood does not guarantee that the operation of this product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty applies only to orders purchased from Halligood and starts on the date you receive the product. To receive free warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is within the valid warranty period.
- You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number, purchase date, invoice, etc.).
- Please describe the product problem you are experiencing in your email.
- Halligood or its service partners may replace defective products or parts with new or refurbished products or parts. All replaced products and parts become the property of Halligood or its service partners.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
Minor defects or deviations that do not affect the product value or intended use
Any accessories included with the product
Rechargeable batteries and disposable batteries (whose life depends on the frequency of use)
Failures caused by improper use (such as operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage)
Failures caused by wear and tear
Any modifications not agreed in writing by Halligood
Failures caused by force majeure
Defects known at the time of purchase
The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with by unauthorized persons or repair shops, or if the identification label, serial number or security label on the product/part has been removed or altered. Warranty claims can be enforced worldwide, provided that the statutory rights of the relevant country/region do not conflict with our warranty provisions. Any other warranty claims or claims beyond these terms and conditions will not be accepted by Halligood.
Halligood is not responsible for:
- Products that have expired
- Purchases without a valid proof of purchase
- Products that have been refunded
- Free items
- Repairs through a third party
- Non-quality related issues
- Damage caused by product misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of the device)
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification and additions to the product other than recommended by the official product guide
How do I purchase an extended warranty?
The Halligood warranty plan can be purchased: (i) before the expiration of the limited warranty that comes with your Halligood product; or (ii) after a paid cleaning and inspection or repair service has been completed by a Halligood authorized service provider. Other restrictions may apply, please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
Will my warranty be void if I do not register my Halligood product?
Unless you choose to purchase the product as a gift, your product will be automatically registered. The limited warranty that comes with the product will not be affected in any way by product registration.
Your receipt is the only proof of purchase you need to verify the limited warranty that comes with your product. Registering your product helps us contact you when there are updates or product information we need to share with you.
To obtain warranty service, you must provide the product, either in its original packaging or packaging providing an equivalent degree of protection, and dated proof of purchase and receipt, to obtain warranty service. Halligood cannot guarantee that it will be able to repair any product covered by this warranty or exchange the product without loss or damage to software or data. It is your responsibility to remove or back up any removable media or parts, data, software, or other materials you may have stored or saved on your product. Likely, any media or parts, data, software, or other materials (such as movies, music, videos, etc.) will be lost or formatted during service, and Halligood will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products as gifts or prizes (win from contest or giveaway). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items from point stores or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Charges
No additional charges will be added to the customers on the refund process. However, some credit card issuers may charge for international transactions. For details, please turn to your card issuer for assistance.
In the return process, customers will pay the shipping fee for returned items once they received the package. If the customer hasn’t received the package and files a return request, no return fee will be added.
